Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80,000 – $95,000 annually, with a 5% bonus

Position Overview:

The Global Logistics Analyst is someone who thrives in both operational and analytical capacities, demonstrates exceptional communication skills, and excels in collaborative environments. The Global Logistics Analyst foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities of the Global Logistics Analyst:

  • Implement automated reporting systems for inbound shipments and warehouse delivery schedules
  • Evaluate potential system enhancements to optimize operational efficiency
  • Streamline manual processes through automation to guarantee accuracy and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, offering insights into performance trends
  • Present Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual KPI reports, suggesting actionable strategies based on results
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business improvement

Qualifications for the Global Logistics Analyst:

  • Strong background in Logistics/Supply Chain management, showcasing expertise in both operational and analytical functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) with advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to develop KPIs, conduct thorough analysis, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems such as Centric, BMS, Blue Cherry, and SAP is advantageous

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
