Our client is a commercial real estate investment firm located in the North shore. They are seeking an Financial Analyst, Acquisitions to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k – $100k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst, Acquisitions will handle underwriting, due diligence, and asset management of commercial real estate properties.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst, Acquisitions:

  • Underwrite potential acquisition and development opportunities
  • Coordinate, collect, compile and review financial analysis and due diligence materials
  • Support asset management functions.
  • Conduct ongoing analyses to support decision-making related to investment.
  • Track investment performance.
  • Prepare investor communication and reports.
  • Perform sell-hold analysis and rate of return.
  • Participate in the dispositions process.

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst, Acquisitions:

  • 2 – 3 years of commercial real estate analysis experience.
  • Experience with Argus Enterprise is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree.
