Our client is an industry leader in technology innovation, located in the Merrimack Valley. They are looking to add an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $65k Annually

Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Administrator will play a critical role in performing various accounts payable functions that ensure the overall financial health of our growing company.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Administrator:

  • Managing A/P invoices
  • Tracking and resolving vendor-related issues including pricing and quantity discrepancies
  • Weekly auditing accuracy of vendor master file changes
  • Preparing wire packets
  • Twice weekly ERS processing
  • Applying payments on manual checks/wire payments
  • Rotation in the processing of weekly check runs
  • TABS allocation and Concur processing, including confirming coding accuracy
  • Processing monthly journal entries
  • Providing audit support
  • Rotating front desk coverage as needed

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Administrator:

  • 3 – 5 years of accounts payable experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extensive spreadsheet experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing abilities
  • Ability to follow directions well from all levels of management

Education Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
