Our client, a contemporary brand specializing in outerwear, is searching for an Apparel EDI Associate to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k – $80k

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Apparel EDI Associate to join the Operations team and support all areas of the department. This person will be a self-starter with a hands-on approach to all tasks and experience working with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities of the Apparel EDI Associate:

  • Enter all Production orders
  • Enter all Bulk sales orders & non-EDI orders
  • Maintain and revise all production & sales orders
  • Track Import shipments from Factories to the Warehouse
  • Maintain IN-Transit in AS400
  • Work with Importers and cargo carriers for timely delivery of merchandise to distribution centers
  • Enter receiving from the warehouse
  • Enter all Stock adjustments for Inventory reconciliation
  • Run some reports as needed for Finance
  • Set up and maintain all master files (Colors codes / Size-ranges / Terms-codes / Group-codes, etc.)
  • Create and maintain the UPCs

Qualifications for the Apparel EDI Associate:

  • 5+ years of experience in data entry/order entry and working with major retailers
  • Full experience with EDI setup and all EDI transactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
  • Excellent organization, verbal, and written skills
  • Required knowledge of A-2000 and proficiency in AS400 if possible

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
