They are looking to add a Junior CX Account Manager to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$50,000 – $60,000
Position Overview:
Our client has raised venture capital to combine innovative, cutting-edge technology with commercial insurance industry expertise and is rapidly expanding throughout the country. Small business insurance is $120 BILLION undersold in the US alone. Our client is digitizing and automating the small business insurance space with our client-first insurance platform. To do this, our client need help from smart, gritty, outside-the-box thinkers (like you!) to keep innovating and moving forward. They are looking for the right individual for the Junior CX Account Manager position with a positive attitude who can adapt quickly to a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. This remote position involves extensive communication with colleagues using online services, such as Slack and Zoom. The ideal candidate must have a quiet and private location to work from and fast internet (200 Mb to 1 Gb) for seamless, fluid communications.
Responsibilities of the Junior CX Account Manager:
- Leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to assist account managers with the day-to-day administration of multiple books of business including daily calls and emails
- Work with different carrier/wholesaler documents, adapting to their unique styles and habits
- Utilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectively
- Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to organize data and documents effectively
- Collaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations and demonstrating a team-player attitude
- Efficiently manage time and workflow to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately
Qualifications for the Junior CX Account Manager:
- Knowledgeable in commercial insurance with experience working with carriers and wholesalers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A team player who adapts quickly to new situations and environments
- Capable of managing time and workflow efficiently
- Must have an active P&C license or the ability to get a license before starting
- Prior experience in customer success, or a related role
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
