Not only managing properties, the firm also focuses on tenant well-being by providing health and wellness initiatives and quality of life factors such as convenient amenities and flexible co-working spaces. The company’s portfolio includes numerous iconic properties in world-renowned cities. Currently, they are looking to add a Client Customer Service Coordinator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k Annually, with bonus potential
Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Customer Service Coordinator to join the Property Management office. Reporting directly to the Client Service Manager, the Client Customer Service Coordinator is an integral part of the team, responsible for delivering top-notch customer service. This position requires prolonged periods of standing, and frequent walking, as well as occasional lifting of boxes and packages of 10 – 20 lbs.
Responsibilities of the Client Customer Service Coordinator:
- Serve as the first point of contact and concierge in the Property Management Office and event space
- Ensure a pleasant experience for all customers and visitors
- Offer superb customer service and meet customer needs in a timely manner, fostering long term relationships
- Promote client amenities and manage customer requests
- Assist with regular office operations
- Assist the Client Service Manager in distributing monthly rent statements and processing invoices
- Assist with catering, office supplies, certificates of insurance, and building vendor management
- Collaborate with the Property Management team on various projects
Qualifications for the Client Customer Service Coordinator:
- At least one year of experience in either commercial real estate or hospitality industry
- Organized, with an eye for detail and a passion for customer service
- Friendly and personable, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
