Our client, a leader in the healthcare in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound/outbound calls, email follow up with customers, and tracking information in the CRM system. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and managing internal and external email correspondence.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Work closely with the sales and order entry teams to answer customer questions and manage incoming inquiries
  • Update the CRM daily
  • Utilize MS Outlook and MS Excel

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • 1 to 2 yrs in a Customer Service role
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
