Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25 – $30/hr
Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand. This Marketing Specialist position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the beauty industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and marketing, with the ability to use various channels to engage with target audience effectively.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies in the beauty industry
- Collaborate with the product development team to launch new products, including creating launch plans, promotional materials, and digital content
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and increases our brand presence
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand message and reach a wider audience
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers to engage with our customer base and drive sales
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, digital marketing tools, and technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective
Qualifications for the Marketing Specialist:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding
- Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
