Our client, a leader in the software development industry is looking to bring on a Partner Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr

Position Overview:

Under the guidance of the Senior Partner Marketing Manager GSI, the Partner Marketing Manager for GSIs will spearhead global demand generation activities in collaboration with the principal strategic partners. This individual will work remotely, however, they must work within the EST time zone.

Responsibilities of the Partner Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and refine the partner marketing strategy
  • Work alongside key stakeholders and partner management to manage and lead marketing efforts for the partners globally, aiming to achieve objectives like pipeline growth within the allocated budget
  • Engage in co-created thought leadership efforts
  • Partner with key allies to craft and execute joint marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs that support mutual business goals
  • Oversee the production of marketing content and materials for collaborative promotions
  • Produce marketing materials for partners – create and manage a collection of marketing resources such as co-branded content, case studies, and success narratives
  • Build and strengthen connections with individuals within partner organizations to promote shared success in marketing initiatives
  • Serve as the main marketing liaison for partners, offering support and maintaining clear communications
  • Organize and support partner-related events, including trade shows, conferences and webinars
  • Monitor and assess key metrics for partner performance, such as lead generation and conversion rates
  • Regularly review and report on performance, providing stakeholders with insights and recommendations to enhance partner marketing strategies

Qualifications of the Partner Marketing Manager:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner demand generation and campaign management, preferably within the software industry
  • Demonstrated experience working with large Global System Integrators (GSIs) like Accenture, IBM, and PwC
  • Proven track record of designing and executing effective multi-channel marketing programs in collaboration with partners
  • Excellent in stakeholder management, including negotiating goals, and budgets, and managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize, focus on detail, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills and the confidence to interact with cross-functional leadership teams

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
