Our customer is a global alternative investment firm that offers a great team environment with many employee benefits! They are seeking an Investor Relations Administrator to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$85,000 – $120,000 plus 20% Bonus
Position Overview:
The Investor Relations Administrator will perform diversified administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the Boston Investor Relations Team. The Investor Relations Administrator will be the backup coverage for Executive Assistant (calendar management, travel, scheduling of meetings etc.).
Responsibilities of the Investor Relations Administrator:
- Manage information in the form of reports, correspondence, and conversations
- Prepare information books for the team prior to their meetings with potential investors
- Produce and process correspondence
- Event planning
- Schedule and coordinate all on site due diligence meetings
- Develop new target lists for road shows and maintain meeting log
- CRM management – data entry and maintenance
- Complete Questionnaires for Compliance
- Other administrative duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications for the Investor Relations Administrator:
- 4+ years of experience in Private Equity/Investor Relations support role
- Team player; must possess an extremely positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence with outstanding relationship-building skills
- Possesses ability to set priorities in planning own workload and meeting strict deadlines
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and/or on weekends as needed
- Proactive in approach, foreseeing potential problems and identifying solutions
- Flexibility and willingness to come in early or stay late on short notice
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
