Atrium Staffing is partnering with an award-winning architecture and interior design firm that provides design services to both public and private clients. They are currently looking to add a Front Desk Receptionist to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr – $24/hr
Position Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist will manage the front office duties and provide administrative and clerical support for department personnel
Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist:
- Answering all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Greeting all guests and visitors
- Receiving and distributing all incoming mail and packages
- Maintaining the appearance of the lobby, package room, and main conference rooms
- Ensuring all project documents are filed appropriately
- Confirming all correspondence meets established firm and project standards
- Assisting in general office and other clerical duties as required
- Scheduling courier, overnight, and reprographics pick-ups and deliveries
- Assisting with monthly Staff Meeting preparation, set-up and clean-up
- Submitting work requests to building management as needed
- Special projects as assigned by the Office Manager
Qualifications for the Front Desk Receptionist:
- A minimum of five years of experience in the administrative profession
- Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and carry on several tasks concurrently
Education Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
