Our client, a Large international manufacturer seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst II to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100,000 – $110,000 plus bonus

Position Overview:

The Sr. Financial Analyst II is responsible for financial tracking and business case validation process to improve operational performance and meet financial commitments to our value creation projects. The Sr. Financial Analyst II support month-end close activities in close partnership with accounting and business partners along with regular spend governance reviews and approvals.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Financial Analyst II:

  • Responsible for financial modeling that drives forward-looking (annual, quarterly, and monthly) P&l projections
  • Ensure alignment for all core processes with current Global EPMO and tracking/reporting tenets
  • Partner with the BU NA Transformation Office team to drive performance monitoring & reporting of the project financials
  • Analyze detailed financial statement information including balance sheet, income statement, and key operational data
  • Collect and analyze financial data and prepare workpapers supporting the calculations
  • Responsible for development of financial presentations to executive leadership and ownership
  • Initiate cross-functional projects to identify new opportunities for improvement in forecast accuracy and process efficiency
  • Other ad-hoc requests, as required by the FP&A Leader

Qualifications for the Sr. Financial Analyst II:

  • 4+ Years of Accounting or Finance Experience
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, BI, EPM Cloud or other financial reporting software a plus
  • Managing complex programs & projects which involve multiple stakeholder groups
  • Business case development, performance monitoring, variance & risk analysis, stakeholder management & program governance

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or another relevant field is required
  • MBA/CPA is preferred
