Atrium is partnering with a leading event, entertainment, and broadcasting company in the Orlando area. They are looking to add a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$115k – $145k

Position Overview:

The Director of Financial Planning & Accounting will be responsible for establishing an annual operating budget, developing KPIs and metrics, cash flow projections, capital asset planning, etc. The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis  will work closely with the executive leadership and provide guidance and coaching from a financial perspective.

Responsibilities of the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Establish the company’s annual operating budget
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics
  • Responsible for forecasting and variance analysis
  • Responsible for cash flow projects and capital asset planning
  • Provide supervision to the department and give guidance to the executive leadership team from a financial perspective
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provide strategic financial input

Qualifications for the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • 10+ years of finance experience
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software systems
  • Previous supervisory experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Master’s degree is preferred
  • CPA is preferred
